DDbait, which is now part of Prologic’s impressive product range, is a chapter you must read.
Bait differs considerably - as does the catch rate. Boilies with a high level of natural attractants will at all times, catch better than a traditional rock hard continental “semolina boilie”.
The most effective boilie will normally be rapidly leaking, creating a fast, effective and enticing scent-trace. The rate of leakage can be optimized by making up the ingredients, so that the internal structure and the surface of the boilie become porous and water soluble, to the extent that scent is spread effectively into the water. One thing is the immediate attraction – the value of the bait in connection with extended pre-baiting is another matter. In the event, that the boilie does not taste quite as good as it smells or looks, there remains a considerable likelihood, that the fish do not feel tempted to return to the baited area. Additional - during prolonged baiting campaigns, the nutritional value of the bait is of great significance. ”Our tight connections to the worlds leading aqua culture specialist’s, fish pathologist’s, and fish feed producers, enables us to provide unseen quality bait products to the market.”
DDbait differs markedly from the traditional boilie concept by producing water-soluble mixes and boilies, which through an uncompromising choice of ingredients, optimizes the spread of scent and taste - and thereby it´s catch rate. Where the greater part of the ability to attract, in average boilies, normally is based on synthetic flavours, DD aim at the very opposite.
In DD´s products the major part of the enticement effect is created by means of top quality dry-ingredients, that in themselves function as natural attractors – with a final additional boost from first class natural or nature identical flavour, powders and enhancers.
The fact that DD-boilies and bait ingredients is highly effective has been proved again and again.
During the last decade DD-baits have been used and tested extensively by EU top-anglers, and caught a majority of big fish each year. If you want an edge when making boilies, paste, particles, ground bait, bag and stick mixes – get on the double D’s – you will not regret it.

Under the PROLOGIC brand we now introduce SAVAGE GEAR – a brand developed for predator fishing targeting primarily pike, perch and zander, but in general all predator fish.
The backbone of SAVAGE GEAR is a significant work of product development done by PROLOGIC product manager Mads Grosell. Local experts from central Europe as well as Scandinavia have during the recent period developed and tested the products and we can proudly say that this program is the most innovative set-up and worked through program which has entered the trade for several years.
As one of the best known profiles within predator fishing in Scandinavia we have had a close corporation with David Lundqvist. Probably the best known pike specialist in Sweden. David has during the last years produced many articles focusing on modern pike fishing. From France we have gained input from big fish specialist Mr. Denis Curot as well as a lot of other people who have devoted their life to predator fishing. The result is outstanding.
